PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a hub to reliably and efficiently assemble and hold a seal member.SOLUTION: A catheter assembly 10 includes a catheter 12, and a catheter hub 14. A hollow part 22 of the catheter hub 14 includes a hemostatic valve 24, a porous seal member 48, and a support member 50.
