Disclosed is a preparation method for implantable medical biological materials of animal origin, comprising the following operating steps: pre-processing and initial washing of animal tissue materials； virus inactivation； cell removal； sodium chloride treatment； molding； and packaging and sterilization. Cell-free ECM materials of animal origin prepared by the method have had cellular components and DNA components of animal origin completely removed while completely retaining natural ECM components, the three-dimensional structure and the active growth factor capable of inducing and promoting tissue regeneration with no endotoxins, organic solvents and toxic solvent residues, and products with different sizes, thicknesses and mechanical strengths can be formed according to different indications.
