The soaking bath is an ergonomically design workstation intended for marinated milkfish (bangus) which eliminate the job risk factors in manual marinating and draining process that contributed to the high rejection rate of processed bangus. More so, the continuous growing demand for milkfish products causes the existing process to be demanding for the worker, so as time-consuming for the whole production process. This invention aims to reduce production lead time by means of continuous flow of marinating and draining process, thus improve production system and capacity. The soaking bath, moreover, gives ease to the worker and that resulted to faster production because of combining the processes, thus, higher productivity was achieved.
