Disclosed is an antibody containing solution preparation which does not undergo the production of conjugates when stored for a long period is stable and is suitable for subcutaneous administration. It is found that the use of a histidine buffer or aspartic acid or glutamic acid (which is an acidic amino acid) as a counter ion species for tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane i.e. the use of a histidine aspartate buffer or a histidine glutamate buffer as a buffer or a tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane aspartate or a tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane glutamate exhibits a significant stabilizing effect. It is also found that the use of aspartic acid or glutamic acid (which is an acidic amino acid) as a counter ion species for a basic amino acid (e.g. arginine) i.e. the use of an arginine aspartate or an arginine glutamate exhibits a significant stabilizing effect.
