PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning reel which is lightened, has a strength capable of resisting to loads on winding operations, and can improve the feelings of the operations.SOLUTION: The spinning reel includes a handle 5 having a handle shaft 20 for driving a winding driving mechanism disposed in a reel body 1, and an arm portion 30 which is attached to the handle shaft 20 and at whose end portion a grip portion 40 for rotation operations is disposed.
