The present invention discloses an X-ray detector including a scintillator including a perovskite compound. The X-ray detector according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the scintillator for converting an incident X-ray into a visible ray； a photoelectric conversion unit arranged on the lower side of the scintillator and converting the visible ray into an electrical signal； and a substrate arranged on the lower side of the photoelectric conversion unit. The scintillator includes the perovskite compound represented by the following chemical formula 1 which is A_3MX_6. In the chemical formula 1, the A is a monovalent cation. The M is a trivalent metal cation and the X is a monovalent anion. Accordingly, the present invention can simplify a manufacturing process and reduce manufacturing costs.본 발명은 페로브스카이트 화합물을 포함하는 신틸레이터를 구비한 엑스선 검출기를 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 엑스선 검출기는 입사된 엑스선(X-ray)을 가시광선으로 변환하는 신틸레이터(scintillator)； 상기 신틸레이터의 하부에 배치되고, 상기 가시광선을 전기적 신호로 변환하는 광전변환부； 및 상기 광전변환부의 하부에 배치되는 기판을 포함하고, 상기 신틸레이터는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 페로브스카이트 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.[화학식 1] A3MX6 (상기 화학식 1에서, A는 1가의 양이온이고, M은 3가의 금속 양이온이며, X는 1가의 음이온임.)
