Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a patient-customized abutment accurately reflecting an environment in an oral cavity. The patient-customized abutment, manufactured according to the present invention, comprises a fixture seated part on the lower side thereof, which has a predetermined seating shape suitable for being seated on a fixture implanted into a patients alveolar bone, and a crown coupling part on the upper side thereof for coupling an artificial crown. First, a scan pin that has a bottom shape the same as the seating shape of the fixture seated part and has, on the upper side thereof, a predetermined identification tag which is at a predetermined location with respect to the seating shape is prepared and fastened to the fixture. Next, an impression part is manufactured by taking an impression for the scan pin and surrounding teeth, a plaster cast for an oral cavity is manufactured using the impression part, and a three-dimensional plaster cast image is created by scanning the plaster cast for the oral cavity.
