PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multishot type clipping treatment instrument which enhances operability and accuracy by transmitting a moving amount of an operational wire at an operational part at a proximal end of a sheath to a distal end portion of the operational wire at a distal end portion of the long sheath more accurately and by accurately preparing a subsequent clip after the use of a previous clip.
SOLUTION: The multishot type clipping treatment instrument is equipped with a row of clips comprising a plurality of coupled clips and a connecting member, the sheath loaded with the row of clips, the operational wire which is movably disposed in the sheath and has the distal end detachably connected to the connecting member to pull the row of clips, and the operational part which is provided on the proximal end side of the sheath to operate the operational wire in a manner to advance and retreat relative to the sheath. The sheath includes a first part which is located at the distal end side and is loaded with the row of the clips and a second part which is located at the proximal end side and is thinner than the first part to insert the operational wire coaxially in a manner to pull the operational wire.
