To provide, in a shoe case water-in-oil type emulsion oil/fat composition used in the manufacture of shoe case, one in which the specific volume of the shoe case is not less than a certain value and the variation thereof can be suppressed.SOLUTION: Provided is a shoe case water-in-oil type emulsion oil/fat composition in which, out of all casein, the mass percentage of rennet casein is 51 mass% or more and the pH of the aqueous phase is 5.2 to 5.9.
