PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress output of information relevant to an unbrowsed portion or an unviewed portion of an electronic content.SOLUTION: A program makes a computer execute: a specification step of specifying an electronic content having an unbrowsed portion or an unviewed portion of a user from among electronic contents provided to the user; an acquisition step of acquiring at least information included in the unbrowsed portion or the unviewed portion of the specified electronic content from the electronic content specified in the specification step; and a filter generation step of generating a filter for suppressing output of external information relevant to the unbrowsed portion or the unviewed portion of external information other than the electronic content accessed in accordance with a request from the user on the basis of the information acquired in the acquisition step.
