PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable preparation that exhibits wrinkle-preventing effects of Rosmarinus officinalis L. extracts rich in ursolic acid to the full.
SOLUTION: The invention provides a technique for stably dissolving Rosmarinus officinalis L. extracts by combined use of a specific higher alcohol and a specific polyhydric alcohol to enable various wide-ranging designs of preparations by applying the technique. The thus-obtained emulsified preparation such as a cream or a milky lotion suffers from neither segregation nor a rough feeling and is stable over a long period of time.
