PURPOSE: A method for preparing an enzyme-treated ginseng extract and a composition containing the extract are provided to suppress the skin from aging and to improve anti-wrinkling. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an enzyme-treated ginseng extract comprises a step of reacting an enzyme with ginseng saponin converting activity in a culture medium of Aspergillus niger. A composition for improving skin condition contains the enzyme-treated ginseng extract.
