<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collagen production promoter and degradation inhibitor which has excellent improvement action to a decrease in production and degradation sthenia of collagen, and prevents and improves formation of a crease and a reduction in springiness which are seen in an aging skin by improving a decrease in collagen due to aging. <；P>；SOLUTION: The collagen production promoter and degradation inhibitor comprises an FOXO protein and/or a production enhancer of an FOXO protein. The production enhancer of the FOXO protein includes, for example, an extract of Queen of the Night.
