The present invention relates to a veterinary composition comprising an extract from mixed herbs for preventing and treating infertility and, an additive for an animal feed and a feed including the same. The herbal extract from Morindae Radix, Cuscutae Semen and/or an onion according to the present invention can be advantageously used in a veterinary composition for preventing and treating infertility, an additive for an animal feed, and a feed including the same, because the herbal extract of the present invention was demonstrated to have increased the number of sperms in semen obtained from a sperm duct of the test group among varicocele-inducing groups through an evaluation method of efficacy in vitro sperm motion promotion (Experimental embodiment 1) for measuring an effect on change in the number and the mobility of sperms in porcine semen and an evaluation method of an in vivo varicocele animal model (Experimental embodiment 2) for measuring an effect on change in the number and the mobility of sperms in an in vivo varicocele animal model.본 발명은 혼합 생약 추출물을 이용한 불임증 예방 및 치료용 수의학적 조성물, 동물사료 첨가제 및 이를 포함하는 사료에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 파극천, 토사자및/또는 양파 생약 추출물은 돼지정액의 정자수와 운동성 변화에 미치는 영향을 측정하기 위한 시험관내 (Invitro) 정자 운동 증진 효능 평가법(실험예 1), 생체내 (InVivo) 정계 정맥류 동물모델에서의 정자수와 운동성 변화에 미치는 영향측정을 위한 InVivo정계 정맥류 동물모델 평가법(실험예 2)을 통하여 본 발명의 시료들이 정계 정맥류 유발군 중 시료 투여군의 정관에서 얻어진 정액에서 정자 수가 증가함을 확인하여 불임증의 예방 및 치료를 위한 수의학적 조성물, 동물사료 첨가제 및 이를 포함하는 사료로서 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
