PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water sterilization machine, capable of performing sterilization processing in various modes.SOLUTION: An ozone water endoscope sterilization machine 1 comprises: a high standard sterilization mode 51 formed of a combination of ozone density and processing time capable of performing sterilization of tubercule bacillus a quick sterilization mode 52 using high density ozone water and in which processing time is short and a standard sterilization mode using low density ozone water 53, as operation modes of sterilization processing. An operator can select these operation modes by mode selection buttons 51a-53a on a touch panel 7.
