The present invention describes a new process for the preparation of (poly)aminoalkylaminoacetamide compounds of epipodophyllotoxin useful for their applications in therapeutics as anticancer agents. This process comprises a step of condensation of a primary-amine-containing reactant, whose amine functions are not protected, with &bgr；-chloroacetamido-4&prime；-epipodophyllotoxin in a polar aprotic organic solvent.본 발명은 항암제로서 유용한 에피포도필로톡신의 폴리아미노알킬아미노아세타미드 유도체의 새로운 제법에 관한 것으로, 본 방법은 극성 비프로톤성 유기 용매내에서, 아미노 기능기가 보호되지 않는 1차 아민 함유 반응물을 β-클로로아세타미도-4'-에피포도필로톡신과 응축하는 단계를 포함한다.
