PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that large wrinkles occurs around pile bundles, a raw material unnecessarily becomes thick, gaps generated by the wrinkles lowers the permeability of liquid in a front and rear direction, a picking sensation is felt in skin touching because fiber ends protrude from the pile bundles.SOLUTION: The above problems are solved by a sheet-like material for the absorbent article 80 having a base layer 81 in which many fiber protruding holes 82 passing through in a front and rear direction are formed spaced apart in an interval, a fiber collected body layer 83 arranged in one side of the base layer 81, and the pile bundles 84 in which parts corresponding to the fiber protruding holes 82 in the fiber collected body layer 83 are formed by protruding the same from the one side to the other side of the base layer 81 through the fiber protruding holes 82 and which protrude out to the other side of the base layer 81 and which is characterized in that the fiber collected body layer 83 comprises bundles of continuous fibers continuing along the base layer 81 in a predetermined direction, and at least the continuous fibers constituting the pile bundles 84 are not bonded each other.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】パイル束の周囲に大きな皺が寄り、素材が不必要に厚くなる、皺により形成される空隙が表裏方向の液の透過性を低下させる、パイル束から繊維端が突出して肌触りがチクチクする等の問題を解決する。【解決手段】上記課題は、表裏に貫通する繊維突出孔82が間隔を空けて多数形成された基層81と、この基層81の一方側に配された繊維集合体層83と、繊維集合体層83における繊維突出孔82と対応する部分が、基層81の一方側から繊維突出孔82を介して他方側に突出されて形成された、基層81の他方側に突出するパイル束84と、を備え、繊維集合体層83は、基層81に沿って所定方向に連続する連続繊維の束からなり、かつ少なくともパイル束84を構成する連続繊維相互が接合されていない、ことを特徴とする吸収性物品用シート状素材80により解決される。【選択図】図8
