To provide a nasal adapter that changes a posture of an exhalation induction unit with a simple structure, and a respiration management device.SOLUTION: A nasal adapter has: a mouth exhalation induction unit 7 having an opposite part 12 opposed to a mouth M of a living body, and formed of a mouth side induction path 7a for inducing the exhalation B exhaled out of the mouth M to the opposite part 12； and a mounting part 8 arranged in the upper side of the mouth exhalation induction unit 7 to the living body, and mounting a holding member 5 for holding a sensor S to measure the exhalation B induced by the mouth side induction path 7a.
