A device comprising: a first elongated segment having two opposite ends and defining a first main clearance passing between them; a second elongated segment having two opposite ends and defining a second main clearance passing between them; and a first branch segment bonded to the first side opening in the first oblong segment or in the second oblong segment and having a first branch lumen hydraulically connected to either the first main lumen or the second main lumen, characterized in that the combined cross section of the first oblong segment and the second elongated segment is essentially adaptable to the shape of the intraluminal cross section of the body lumen. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that either the first oblong segment or the second oblong segment contains at least two subsegment. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the individual cross-section of at least the first oblong segment or the second oblong segment is essentially adapted to the shape of another oblong segment in the body lumen.
