The hull with a hollow shape is provided with an open (110) and a first stop (111) within the interior. One end of the rocker is provided with a first pivot part (121) for pivoting the rocker with the hull, and the other end of that is provided with a supporter (122), and a second stop (123) is provided between the first pivot part and the supporter. The center of the ear sheath box seat is provided with a connection device and two sides of that is provided with the second pivot part (132) for pivoting the ear sheath box seat with the hull. The ear sheath box seat is provided with a third stop (133) and a forth stop (134), in which the third stop for stopping against the first stop, and the forth stop for stopping against the second stop. An ear thermometer combination (2) comprises an ear thermometer (21), an ear sheath box (22) and an ear thermometer bracket (1).
