PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee supporter capable of suppressing shift of a fitting position even if extending and bending of a knee are repeated.SOLUTION: A knee supporter being an almost cylindrical knee supporter 1 which is brought into close contact with the skin of the knee of the leg of the human body comprises: a supporting part 3 having a low expansion rate； and an expansion part 4 having the expansion rate higher than that of the supporting part 3. The supporting part 3 comprises: a knee outer side supporting part 3a extending along an axial direction in a position corresponding to a knee outer side； a knee inner side supporting part 3b extending along the axial direction in a position corresponding to a knee inner side； and a kneecap lower part supporting part 3c extending between the knee outer side supporting part 3a and the knee inner side supporting part 3b in a position corresponding to a lower part of the kneecap.
