To provide a bed conveying device capable of suppressing an affection due to variations in a positional relation in the vertical direction between a connection part and a connection place of a bed.SOLUTION: When a bed conveying device and a bed pass a road surface with steps, waves and inclination, there are possibly generated variations in the vertical direction between a connection part 50 and a connection place of the bed. On the other hand, the bed conveying device includes a vertical motion-allowing mechanism 52 for allowing vertical motion of the connection part when the connection part 50 is connected to the bed. Therefore, when variations in a positional relation in the vertical direction between the connection part 50 and the connection place of the bed are generated, the connection part 50 performs vertical motion due to being allowed by the vertical motion-allowing mechanism 52.
