The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing artificial denture teeth which duplicate individualized natural teeth and an artificial denture teeth manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing artificial denture teeth which are implanted in alveolar bones of a patient comprises the steps of: obtaining a three dimensional image corresponding to a root of a natural tooth by taking a picture of the target tooth which will be taken out in three dimension; precision machining materials which will become a fixture planted in the alveolar bone in the obtained three dimensional image using a precision machining tool and duplicating the same; completing the artificial denture tooth by combining the duplicated fixture with an abutment and a crown; or taking a picture of the target natural tooth which will be taken out in three dimension and obtaining three dimensional image corresponding to the natural tooth; and precision machining materials which will become the artificial denture tooth implanted in the alveolar bone in the obtained three dimensional image using the precision machining tool and duplicating the same. By using the method for manufacturing the artificial denture teeth and the artificial denture teeth manufactured thereby, implantation similar to natural teeth can be enabled and additional alveolar bone implantation and maxillary sinus floor elevation can be avoided.
