PURPOSE: A pulse sensor necklace is provided, which measures not only pulse frequency but also blood pressure and is formed into a necklace shape. CONSTITUTION: A pulse sensor necklace comprises: a blood pressure sensor(11) or a pulse sensor(12) which respectively measure blood pressure or pulse； a comparison control unit(20) connected to the blood pressure sensor or pulse sensor； an alarm unit(30) connected to the comparison control part； and a communication unit(40) connected to the comparison control unit. Two components among blood pressure sensor, pulse sensor, comparison control unit, speaker, vibrator, or communication unit are connected by a stainless bellows or a flexible elastic material wire.본 발명은 목걸이에 구비한 졸음 방지장치 및 그 구현방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 '목걸이'에 부착되어, 총경맥의 혈압과 맥박수 중 적어도 어느 하나를 측정하는 '센서부', 이 '센서부'로 측정한 출력값과 기준값(졸지 않는 정상상태)을 서로 비교하여 졸음여부를 판단하는 '비교제어부'와, 상기 '비교제어부'가 졸음으로 판단하면 경보를 발생하는 '알람부'로 구성되며, 상기 '알람부'는 목뒤의 풍지혈 부위를 안마하는 '진동기'와 (음악)소리나는 스피커 중 어느 하나 또는 둘로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또, 운전자의 경우, 차량내 여타 기기와 통신할 수 있는 통신부를 구비함으로써, 졸음운전시 이를 통해 라디오가 켜지거나, 창문이 열리며, 운전석안마기를 동작시키고, 차량을 감속하는 등을 병행하여 작동시키게 한다.다른 졸음 방지장치와 달리, 본 발명의 장점은 졸음상태 전과 후의 차이가 가장 분명한 목앞쪽의 총경(동)맥을 측정한다는 점에서 신뢰가 높고, 또 목뒤의 혈도를 안마해 줌으로써 운전자를 신속하게 깨울 수 있다는 강점이 있다.
