The blood lancet device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a front case wherein an entrance is formed on the front side and a first hollow is formed on the inner side a body unit which is combined to a rear case wherein a second hollow is formed on the inner side a lancet driving unit which is combined to the second hollow to be able to slide back and forth and includes a lancet on the front end to gather blood and a lancet control unit which is combined to the first hollow while being in contact with the lancet driving unit to be able to slide back and forth and controls a blood gathering depth of the lancet. The lancet control unit comprises a pressurizing unit which is installed to be able to move back and forth for the front case and pressurizes the lancet driving unit and a control unit which is combined to the front side of the pressurizing unit to be able to rotate. The front side of the control unit wherein a penetration hole penetrated by a blood gathering needle formed is exposed to the front side of the front case through the entrance. Multiple combination grooves are formed on one between an inner circumference surface of the pressurizing unit and an outer circumference surface of the control unit in a slant direction at regular directions. One or more protrusions corresponding to the combination grooves are formed on the residual one. The position in which the protrusions are interconnected to the combination grooves is moved by the rotation of the control unit and the control unit is moved back and forth from the pressurizing unit.
