A pharmaceutical composition and use thereof. The pharmaceutical composition comprises zedoary turmeric oil and borneol. The zedoary turmeric oil comprises oxysophocarpine (germacrone), curdione, furanodiene, curcumol, elemene and curzerene, and does not comprise 2,4,6-pentamethylaniline, or the content of 2,4,6-pentamethylaniline is less than or equal to 100 ppm. The pharmaceutical composition is used for preventing and/or treating common HPV infection and various diseases caused thereby. The formulation prepared from the pharmaceutical composition has better safety and better clinical effects.
