The amorphigeni of the present invention inhibits the expression of tyrosinase and induces the autophagy of melasosome, and thus, the amorphigeni of the present invention is verified to exhibit not only an effect of inhibiting melanogenesis but also an effect of removing melanin that has already been produced by melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH).
