The present invention relates to a portable respiration training device system and a method thereof. The portable respiration training device system comprises: a respiration training device to measure a respiration air current of a user and perform training； and a smartphone linked to the training device via Bluetooth to realize a graph and a number for information on a respiration pattern of the user in real time and provide a visual feedback signal. The respiration training device comprises: a cylindrical housing unit including an outtake training mouthpiece on one end thereof, an intake training mouthpiece on the other end thereof, and an annular moving membrane support protrusion therein； a moving membrane which is positioned in the housing unit, is positioned on the moving membrane support protrusion, and has an annular resistance control unit mounting groove having a plurality of moving membrane through holes on one surface thereof； a spring positioned in the housing unit, wherein one end thereof is mounted on the other surface of the moving membrane； an annular resistance control unit which is mounted in the resistance control unit mounting groove, and has a plurality of resistance control unit through holes； and a mesh net support unit mounted on the other end of the spring, and inserted into an annular mesh net support unit groove in the housing unit. A respiration air current and flow rate measurement sensor detecting a respiration signal and consisting of a resistance detection sensor of the spring is arranged on the mesh net support unit.
