The present invention relates to a portable respiration training device system and a method thereof. The portable respiration training device system comprises: a respiration training device to measure a respiration air current of a user and perform training; and a smartphone linked to the training device via Bluetooth to realize a graph and a number for information on a respiration pattern of the user in real time and provide a visual feedback signal. The respiration training device comprises: a cylindrical housing unit including an outtake training mouthpiece on one end thereof, an intake training mouthpiece on the other end thereof, and an annular moving membrane support protrusion therein; a moving membrane which is positioned in the housing unit, is positioned on the moving membrane support protrusion, and has an annular resistance control unit mounting groove having a plurality of moving membrane through holes on one surface thereof; a spring positioned in the housing unit, wherein one end thereof is mounted on the other surface of the moving membrane; an annular resistance control unit which is mounted in the resistance control unit mounting groove, and has a plurality of resistance control unit through holes; and a mesh net support unit mounted on the other end of the spring, and inserted into an annular mesh net support unit groove in the housing unit. A respiration air current and flow rate measurement sensor detecting a respiration signal and consisting of a resistance detection sensor of the spring is arranged on the mesh net support unit. The detected respiration signal is wirelessly transmitted to a smart device.
