To provide a new fecal incontinence bag that can reliably prevent feces leakage due to the backflow of the feces contained once.SOLUTION: A fecal incontinence bag has a bag body 10 for containing feces F, and a wearing part 20 for wearing the opening 13 in the anus P. The bag body 10 has a cylindrical passage part 11 with one end opened, and a bag main body 12 continued with the passage part 11. The passage part 11 is folded back inside in the middle and the opening end 11b is brought into a state of being faced in the bag main body 11.
