An inflatable device for shifting an animals position in a chute, and specifically a bull in a bull riding event. The wedge includes an inflatable bladder with an opening to receive the inflatant from an inflatant source and one or more communicating passages transporting the inflatant to and from the inflatable bladder wherein inflation and deflation of the inflatable bladder controls the position of the animal in a chute.
