PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instant cooling type medium temperature zone cooling pack that eliminates the need for all of preliminary freezing and an electrical control mechanism, and enables setting of optimization adjustment of a lower limit cooling temperature, relating to a cooling pad for mitigating and calming down the health damage (boring pain, leakage inflammation, burn, etc.) in needle puncture and heat stressing treatment.SOLUTION: A cooling pack is configured to seal a water bag and a powder cooling agent showing endothermic reaction by mixture with water in one outer bag and make a mixing action (cooling action) start by rupturing the water bag by pressing force from the outside.
