The present invention comprises: a mounting frame elongated in a frame of a manual wheelchair in the width direction of the wheelchair； a main frame supporting the entire wheelchair； a stem frame fixated and inserted to be rotated to the main frame and where a handle is formed on one side and a driving wheel is coupled to the other side； and a connection frame including a body unit elongated and of which one side is connected to the main frame and a connection unit coupled to be vertically tilted to the other side of the body unit and of which a portion is coupled to the mounting frame, and selectively controlling the tilting of the coupling unit, wherein a front wheel of the wheelchair is lifted by the tilting of the coupling unit.본 발명은 수동식 휠체어의 프레임에 상기 휠체어의 폭 방향을 따라 길게 설치되는 장착프레임, 전체를 지지하는 메인프레임, 상기 메인프레임에 회전 가능하게 삽입 고정되고, 일측에는 핸들이 형성되며, 타측에는 구동바퀴가 결합되는 스템프레임 및 길게 형성되며 일측이 상기 메인프레임상에 연결되는 몸체부 및 상기 몸체부의 타측에서 상하방향으로 틸팅 가능하게 결합되며 일부가 상기 장착프레임과 결합되는 결합부를 포함하며 선택적으로 상기 결합부의 틸팅이 조절되는 연결프레임을 포함하며, 상기 결합부의 틸팅에 의해 상기 휠체어의 전륜이 리프팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠체어 전륜의 리프팅 기능을 가지는 휠체어용 주행보조장치가 개시된다.
