PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a driver to intuitively understand the degree of its own driver state when the driver state should be good.SOLUTION: A vehicle display control device includes: a display control part 116 for causing a display device 14 to display a driver image including at least an image of eyes and eyebrows clipped from a face image captured by DSM 13 capturing the head of the driver of an own vehicle； and a timing detection part 112 for detecting a target timing which is either a timing at which the driver state of the driver should be improved or a timing at which the driver state should be good.
