PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for diagnosing injury to a body tissue.SOLUTION: In one embodiment, a method includes: creating a patient specific bone 3D model； registering an actual bone of the patient with the patient specific bone model； tracking the motion of the bone of the patient performing a prescribed range of motion； and comparing the motion of the bone of the patient to a database including bone motion data in order to diagnose injury.
