The infusion solution pack complex prevents pollution caused by external pollutants in storage and use by having one infusion solution discharge unit in an infusion solution pack and having an opening plug in the infusion solution pack, and prevents foreign substances from occurring due to pieces of rubber in the infusion solution discharge unit when inserting a needle of an infusion solution dispenser or a needle for drug injection into the infusion solution dispenser not by an existing rubber plug accommodating a needle type infusion solution dispenser but by a three-way valve.본 발명은 위생적인 마개와 삼방밸브로 구성된 수액배출부를 갖는 수액팩 복합체에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 수액팩의 수액배출부를 한 개로 하며, 개구시키는 개구마개를 수액팩 내측에 구비시켜 보관 및 사용 시 외부 오염물질에 의한 오염을 방지할 수 있고, 기존의 바늘형 수액인출기를 수용하는 고무마개가 아닌 삼방밸브로 구성되어 수액인출기의 바늘이나 약물 주입을 위한 바늘을 수액배출부에 꽂을 때 수액배출부에 들어있는 고무가 조각이 되어 이물질이 발생하는 것을 방지하는 위생적인 마개와 삼방밸브로 구성된 수액배출부를 갖는 수액팩복합체에 관한 것이다.
