PURPOSE: Functional red ginseng beverage containing oxygen dissolved water is provided to enable users to easily drink the red ginseng beverage, and to maintain active components of red ginseng for a long time. CONSTITUTION: Functional red ginseng beverage contains 99.5-99wt% of oxygen dissolved water containing 30-150ppm of oxygen, and 0.5-1wt% of red ginseng concentrate. The red ginseng concentrate is obtained by mixing red ginseng with the oxygen dissolved water for extracting at 60-90 deg C using a steam indirect heating method, and low temperature concentrating the obtained extract at 50-65 deg C before aging. The red ginseng concentrate is heated at 90-100 deg C and instantly cooled before mixing with the oxygen dissolved water.본 발명은 산소수를 포함하는 기능성 홍삼 음료에 관한 것으로, 손쉽게 음용함으로서 면역력, 사고력 및 기억력을 증가시킬 수 있는 기능성 음료에 관한 것이다.
