PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand and finger washing and sterilizing device contrived so as to accurately supply alkaline water and acid water generated in an electrolytic cell in a prescribed order and at the prescribed time in order to smoothly wash and sterilize hands and fingers.
SOLUTION: A controller 30 is made to discharge one of electrolytic water from a water discharge port 14T for the set time and then discharge the other electrolytic water from the water discharge port 14T for the set time. Then, one of the electrolytic water is introduced into a water intake channel 14 to the water discharge port 14T according to set water supply routes 11A and 11B.
