PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thawing machine capable of rapid thawing under an environment close to natural thawing, allowing a product to be thawed as uniform as possible with little deterioration of freshness and taste after thawing.SOLUTION: A thawing plate 10 to come in contact with a product A to be thawed is formed of a material with a high heat conductivity, having a heat exchange part 20 which allows the heat transfer to the product A to be thawed to have an efficiency (heat transfer efficiency) partially different in the thawing plate 10. Consequently, the heat transfer between the heat exchange part 20 and the product A to be thawed proceeds partially differently, not uniformly over the entire product A to be thawed in contact with the thawing plate 10. As a result, thawing of a region to be hardly thawed of the product A can be accelerated, and thawing of a region to be easily thawed can be relatively suppressed. The product A can be therefore more evenly thawed without nonuniformity.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 自然解凍に近い環境下での速やかな解凍を可能とし、解凍後の鮮度や味覚の低下が少なく、かつ、被解凍物をできるだけ均等に解凍する。【解決手段】 被解凍物Aに接触する解凍プレート10が熱伝導率の良好な材料から形成され、かつ、被解凍物Aとの熱移動が、解凍プレート10において部分的に異なる効率(熱移動効率)で作用させる熱交換部20を有している。熱交換部20と被解凍物Aとの熱移動が、解凍プレート10に接触する被解凍物A全体で均一に進行するのではなく、部分的に異なることになる。そのため、被解凍物Aの解凍しにくい部位の解凍を促進する一方で、解凍しやすい部位の解凍を相対的に抑制する制御が可能なり、解凍ムラがなく、被解凍物Aをより均等に解凍することができる。【選択図】 図2
