The present invention relates to a method of cultivating mistletoe by using oak tree shoots, and more specifically, to a method of cultivating mistletoe by using oak tree shoot as a host plant. According to the present invention, mistletoe inoculated into a shoot of oak tree exhibits an excellent survival rate and growth rate. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a cultivation position is placed in the height of a person, thus seed production, growth management and harvest of mistletoe are advantageous.
