PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage brush capable of giving a variety of massages and giving massages with a softer touch.SOLUTION: A massage brush 10 includes a base 12, a grip part 30 arranged continuously on the upper surface of the base 12, an overhang beam part 13 provided overhanging outward from the base 12 in a cantilever beam shape with intervals in the circumferential direction of the base 12, and a pressing protrusion 14 provided protruding downward from each tip of the overhang beam part 13. Expansion restriction means 15 is provided for restricting the outward expansion of the pressing protrusion 14 when the lower end 14a of the pressing protrusion 14 is pressed against a part to be pressed such as a scalp by the pressing force from the grip part 30.
