PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick that a user is able to easily optimize a sticks length with one hand as sticking it on the ground or the like from its longest state and that an unintentional operation of an operative button for unlocking a locking means is prevented.SOLUTION: A larger-diameter pipe 11 includes a smaller-diameter pipe 12 drawably inserted in the bottom and a grip 13 the user grips fixed to the top of the pipe. The locking means 14 fixes the pipe to the pipe in any drawing length of the pipe from the pipe. An unlocking means 16 unlocks the means, allowing the pipe to be drawn from or inserted into the pipe. The means includes an unlocking member 27 of which the bottom engages with the means and the top is inserted in the grip through the inside of the pipe.
