The present invention provides a method for producing magnetic therapeutic device with stable magnetic effect. For reeling on part of the body, the magnetic therapeutic device is produced by a method comprising a first forming step and a second forming step. The first forming step is to fill a flexible material in one end of a pair of first metallic mold and magnets in the other end, and using the pair of first-pair metallic mold to conduct impact molding. The forming step of the flexible long string is in lengthways of the magnets and queuing by revealing the upper surfaces of them. The second forming step is to fix one end of the long string by a second-pair metallic mold with many magnets positioned outside of it and re-fill some flexible materials in the other end of the second-pair metallic mold. Then, the second-pair metallic mold is conducted by impact molding.
