The present invention relates to an apparatus for stabilizing a temporomandibular joint occlusion for stabilizing a temporomandibular joint by moving the temporomandibular joint to a comfortable position if a user has a temporomandibular joint disability or illness, especially, which is not only easy to manufacture, but also can be used without side effects of a position of a denture becoming altered by making an occlusion surface formed in shapes of an upper and lower jaw denture of the user. To this end, the apparatus for stabilizing a temporomandibular joint occlusion includes: a lip cover and a tongue cover provided at front and rear parts of an occlusion surface and having a round shape suitable for upper and lower jaw denture； an upper jaw denture inserting part provided higher than the occlusion surface； a lower jaw denture inserting part provided lower than the occlusion surface； a storing space, in which a filler including a thermoplastic resin is filled, provided at an inner part of the occlusion surface； and a hard central incisor masticatory piece provided at the occlusion surface at which the central incisor is positioned, to separate the storage space at an inner part of the occlusion surface to the left and right.
