PURPOSE: A safety syringe capable of adjusting protrusion length of a needle is provided to automatically draw a syringe needle only when injecting a syringe liquid and to prevent accidents by drawing the syringe needle inside the same. CONSTITUTION: A safety syringe (210) capable of adjusting protrusion length of a needle comprises a cylinder which has a syringe needle to inject syringe liquid； a housing which has a slide groove extended in a direction sharply intersecting the injection direction of the syringe needle； a plunger pressurizing； a length-adjustable cover (600) capable of enabling the syringe needle to penetrate through the cover and longitudinally controlling the length of the syringe needle； and a slide block of which one side is coupled to the control cover and the other side is inserted into the slide groove.본 발명에 의한 안전주사기는, 주사액이 저장되는 내부공간과 상기 주사액 분사를 위한 주사바늘을 구비하며, 상기 주사바늘의 길이방향으로 이동 가능하도록 하우징 내에 장착되는 실린더； 상기 하우징 내에서 이동 가능하도록 장착되어, 일측으로 이동되었을 때 상기 주사바늘이 상기 하우징의 외측으로 인출되고 상기 내부공간에 채워진 주사액이 분출되도록 상기 실린더를 가압하는 플런저； 상기 주사바늘이 인출되는 상기 하우징 일측에 결합되되, 상기 주사바늘이 관통될 수 있으며, 상기 하우징과의 결합위치가 상기 주사바늘의 길이방향으로 조정 가능한 조정커버；를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 안전주사기는, 주사액 주입시에만 주사바늘이 자동으로 인출되었다가 주사액 주입이 완료된 이후에는 주사바늘이 내측으로 인입되므로 안전사고 방지효과 및 주사에 대한 두려움을 감소시키는 효과가 있고, 사용자의 선택에 따라 주사바늘의 인출거리가 조절될 수 있으므로 다양한 부위로의 주사가 가능하다는 장점이 있다.
