FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely syringes, and more specifically syringes with an extendable needle wherein the length is freely adjustable with a patients part of body wherein an injection solution is introduced. A syringe with an extendable needle comprises a cylinder, a plunger, a needle bushing and an adjustment member. The cylinder can be filled with the injection solution and has a threaded portion on a front internal periphery of the cylinder. The plunger slides in the cylinder to push the injection solution out of the cylinder. The needle bushing is assembled with the threaded portion of the cylinder. The needle bushing has a threaded portion formed on an external periphery. The needle is placed on a front end of the needle bushing. The adjustment member is coupled with the threaded connection from the external periphery of the needle bushing for length adjustment of a projection portion of the needle. According to the second version of the syringe, the cylinder has an attachment section projecting from a front part of the cylinder. The needle bushing has an internal diametre matched with an external diametre of the attachment section. According to the third version of the syringe, the needle bushing is provided with an adjustment groove formed on the external periphery. An O-ring is inserted into the adjustment groove. The internal periphery of the adjustment member contacts with the O-ring for length adjustment of the projecting portion of the needle. According to the forth version of the syringe, the cylinder has the attachment section projecting from the front part of the cylinder. The needle bushing has the internal diametre matched with the external diametre of the attachment section. The needle bushing has the adjustment groove formed on the external periphery. The O-ring is inserted into the adjustment groove. The internal periphery of the adjustment member contacts with the O-ring for length adjustment of the
