PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus, and a program which can easily obtain accurate position information of a non-synchronous position in an X-ray image.SOLUTION: An image processor is provided with an acquisition part and an identification part. The acquisition part acquires information on a relative position between a photography space where a subject is photographed by an X-ray diagnostic apparatus and a scanning space where an ultrasonic probe is scanned to the subject.
