PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-permeable stretchable sheet having a sufficient moisture-permeability and an excellent stretchability.
SOLUTION: A number of elastic filaments 13 arranged in a way that they are not crossed with each other, stretchable in one direction and in a substantially unstretched state are bonded throughout their entire length between a first stretchable non-elastic moisture-permeable sheet 11 and a stretchable sheet 12. Alternatively, a moisture-permeable elastic film 13A is bonded in a substantially unstretched state and throughout its entire length between a first stretchable non-elastic moisture-permeable sheet 11 and a stretchable sheet 12.
