PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating positive expiratory pressure (OPEP) device capable of selectively increasing or decreasing cross sections of control ports.SOLUTION: A respiratory treatment device 700 comprises: a housing 702 including at least one chamber； and a mouthpiece 709 in fluid communication with a chamber inlet which is configured to be received into the at least one chamber. The mouthpiece has a first control port 780 formed therein and is mounted with a first adjustment member which is displaceable relative to the first control port to selectively block a cross section of the first control port. The housing has a second control port 782 formed therein and is mounted with a second adjustment member to selectively block a cross section of the second control port.
