PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor array having a structure advantageous for detection of radiation and detection of a defect of a detection pixel.SOLUTION: The sensor array comprises a first substrate 100 including a plurality of blocks, a second substrate 102, and connection portions 104 and 1041 for connecting the first substrate and the second substrate. The plurality of blocks include a plurality of conversion elements for generating imaging signals corresponding to radiation, a plurality of detection elements for detecting radiation, a plurality of first switches for reading imaging signals from the plurality of conversion elements, and a plurality of second switches for reading detection signals from the plurality of detection elements. On the first substrate, a plurality of electrode pads 1501 for inputting a control signal for driving the second switches to a driving electrode of the second switches are arranged. On the second substrate, a first conductive portion 1042 is disposed that electrically connects the plurality of electrode pads when the first substrate and the second substrate are connected by the connection portions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
