The sensing pad includes a dielectric substrate, a plurality of electrode layers and at least one electrical connecting wire. The dielectric substrate has a plurality of sensing units, wherein each of the sensing units has a first surface and an opposite second surface. The electrode layers are respectively disposed on the first surface of each of the sensing units. The electrical connecting wire is electrically connected to the electrode layers.
